Moulds can be made from a variety of materials depending on the final finish and the quantity of parts to be made.

1. Aluminum Moulds are recommended for high volume and fine finishes.
2. Epoxy Moulds are lesser expensive than Aluminum but need greater care in handling and cooling, followed by duller a finish in comparison to Aluminum.
3. Wooden Moulds are also an option due to cost and sizes.
4. MDF is an option which is the least expensive and usually recommended when quantity and quality isn’t an issue, mostly used for one off or small quantities.
5. Our Dies are currently outsourced to trusted Die Makers with the expertise and quality expected from Americana.
