We can also engrave on most materials. Our CAD Department is equipped with the latest software and can read most programming formats allowing us to produce your designs quickly and accurately                                    CNC Machining   Our CNC Routers will cut, machine shaped, 3D engraving and Embossing from a picture format or CAD Drawing.  With our computerized cut planning program, we can optimize your cutting requirements to save you money and reduce waste. Vacuum Forming                                                                     are We at Americana are trying very hard to be the leader in Vacuum  Forming, and with our in-house toolmaking facility, we can assist you from the design stage through prototyping and production. Using both rotary and single station equipment, we are able to produce parts up to 4' x 8' and in a large variety of materials from simple Polystyrene, ABS, Acrylics, PETG and Polycarbonate to exotic materials such as fire retardant and low smoke materials for the transportation industry.    The use of pressure forming can create the parts that appear to have been injection molded, but without the high tooling costs and long lead times of injection molding.                  Die  Cutting a Our  Die cutters and Clickers enables us to cut and shape moulded parts or flat sheets with precision and accuracy in one motion. With our in house Die cutting and CNC Machining planning program, we can optimize your cutting requirements to save you time, money and reduce waste.        Vacuum Formers We build the best Vacuum Formers. Cannot be compared to imports we have machines that will outlast offshore Machines with structural steel, calrod tubular heaters and the best timers.We also build machines for Schools  and Universities.
